I go to bed by 12am latest on weekdays and get up anywhere from 7am to 10am depending on the day of week. On weekends I go to bed whenever I feel like it, so usually past 2am
Well My sleep schedule ain't as fucked but its still bad. I sleep at 2 am almost everyday and get up by 6 so I get around 4 hours of sleep in a day which is really bad. But I am trying to sleep earlier. I have an addiction that is rather private and stupid but serious. So I am trying to get rid of it and make time for new things.
I don't have a sleep schedule, I just sleep when ever I want. Sometimes I sleep early, sometimes I sleep around 4 - 6 am, then sometimes I just don't sleep.
