1. Make an account on https://pokemmo.eu/
2. Download Pokemmo https://pokemmo.eu/downloads/
3. Download Roms: DOWNLOAD .zip file PASSWORD: smgclan.net (Please contact me if the link goes down)
4. Copy roms to the roms folder in the Pokemmo game folder. For example mine is C:\Program Files (x86)\PokeMMO\roms

The fire it up and you are good to go!

The error was due to country restrictions uploadfiles is banned in my country.
